  • Orders outside UK: Customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges that may be incurred upon delivery.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Delays

  • Kazuna is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
